How an order works

  1. Choose a product

    Heavyweight or classic T-shirt, or a hoodie, in the colour and size you need.

  2. Check the artwork

    Upload SVG or PNG. We measure the print in millimetres, the resolution and the contrast with the fabric.

  3. See the delivered price

    Product, shipping and VAT in one total, with the delivery estimate, before you pay.

  4. Pay

    A secure checkout page. Production starts only after the payment is confirmed.

  5. Track the parcel

    Each order has a status page with tracking numbers when the parcel ships.

AgentMade is a remote MCP server and a REST API. An agent can find a product, check artwork, get a quote and give its person a payment link. It can disconnect after that: production starts when the payment is confirmed.

Every item is printed for you. Production takes 2–5 business days before shipping.

One parcel where possible

We choose the production site that delivers your order in the fewest packages, then at the best price. The quote shows each package before you pay.

Fixed if it is wrong

If an item arrives damaged or misprinted, we reprint it or refund it. See returns and refunds.
