Terms of sale

We make custom printed products to your order. We work with production partners who print and ship the products for us. Your contract is with us.

2. Orders

  • A quote shows the product, your artwork placement, the delivered price and the delivery estimate. A quote is valid until the time shown on it.
  • You place an order when you complete payment for a quote. An AI agent can prepare an order for you; the person who pays is the buyer.
  • We confirm the order after the payment provider confirms the payment. If we cannot make the order, we refund it in full.

3. Prices and payment

  • Prices are in the currency shown on the quote and include shipping. VAT is included where the quote says so.
  • Payment is processed by Stripe. We do not see or store your card details.

4. Your artwork

  • You confirm that you own the artwork or have permission to print it, and that it does not infringe the rights of others.
  • We do not print content that is illegal, hateful, or that infringes trademarks or copyright. We can refuse or cancel such an order and refund it.
  • You keep all rights to your artwork. You give us permission to use it only to make and ship your order.
  • Colours on fabric can differ slightly from colours on a screen. The preview shows placement and scale, not the exact colour.

6. Withdrawal, defects and refunds

See returns and refunds. Your statutory rights for defective goods apply.

7. Liability

We are responsible for delivering products as ordered and free of defects. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs beyond our control, but we help you trace and resolve them.

8. Complaints and disputes

Email us first. Consumers in the EU can also use the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (Česká obchodní inspekce, www.coi.cz) for out-of-court dispute resolution.

9. Law

Czech law applies. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the law of your country of residence.
