What we process and why
- Delivery data (name, address, optional phone and email): to make and deliver your order. Legal basis: contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).
- Payment data: processed by Stripe. We receive only the payment status and amount, not your card details.
- Artwork: to print your order and to check that it prints well.
- Order records and invoices: kept for 10 years because tax law requires it (GDPR Art. 6(1)(c)).
Who receives your data
- Production and shipping partners who make and deliver your order. They receive the delivery data and the print files only.
- Carriers, who receive the delivery data.
- Stripe, for payment.
- Our hosting providers, under data processing agreements.
Some partners are outside the EU, for example when an order is produced near an address outside the EU. Such transfers use the safeguards of GDPR Chapter V.
How long we keep it
We store delivery addresses encrypted. We keep them for as long as needed for delivery, complaints and the legal retention period of order records.

This website uses no tracking or advertising cookies.
Your rights
You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing. Email us. You can also complain to the Czech data protection authority (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů, www.uoou.cz).
