Shipping and delivery

We ship worldwide, except to countries under EU or US sanctions.

When your order arrives

• Production starts after the payment is confirmed and takes 2–5 business days.
• Transit usually takes 3–8 business days, depending on the destination.
• The quote shows the delivery estimate for your address before you pay.

Cost

Shipping is part of the delivered price that you see before you pay. If your items are made at more than one production site, the quote shows each package and its shipping cost.

Taxes and import duties

• For EU addresses with production inside the EU, the price includes VAT of the destination country. No import duties apply.
• For other routes, the quote says when local import VAT, customs duty or carrier fees are not included. The carrier can collect them on delivery.

Tracking

Each order has a status page. When the parcel ships, the page shows the carrier and the tracking number.

Address problems

Check the address before you pay. If a parcel comes back because the address was wrong or incomplete, we can send it again for the shipping cost.
