Returns and refunds
Every item is printed to your design. For this reason the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to these goods (EU Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(c)). Your rights for defective goods are not affected.
Damaged, misprinted or wrong items
- Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem.
- We reprint the item at no cost, or refund it in full. You do not need to send the item back unless we ask.
- Problems that we cover: print defects, wrong product, colour or size compared with your order, and damage in transit.
Cancellation
- Before payment: you can cancel at any time. Nothing is charged.
- After payment and before production starts: you can cancel on the order page or by email. We refund the full amount.
- After production has started: the order cannot be cancelled.
Refunds
Refunds go back to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer usually shows them within 5–10 business days.
Lost parcels
If tracking shows no progress for 15 business days, contact us. We trace the parcel and reprint or refund the order if it is lost.
